Crispy wonton

Kiew Krop เกี้ยวกรอบ

Original name

Kiew Krop เกี้ยวกรอบ
Kiew Krop or Crispy wonton is known as a side dish, snack or appetizer eaten with a sweet and sour sauce. Kiew or wonton is famously used to wrap around marinated minced pork (with soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and sugar), then fry which makes the wonton very crispy whereas the marinated pork inside is soft.

Apart from minced pork, hot dog, quail egg, and crab stick are frequently found inside Kiew Krop as well.
