Tad Man Plaklai or Deep Fried Clown knifefish-paste balls is made of a minced Clown knifefish mixed together with red chili paste and minced kaffir lime leaves, eggs, and chopped yardlong bean, then deep fry in palm oil. This Tad Man Plaklai is best eaten with sweet and sour sauce.
