Por Pieer Tod or Deep-fried spring rolls is well-known as an appetizer or snack. The spring roll is made of chopped Chinese sausage, sliced omelet, dry shrimp, tofu, and bean sprouts wrapped in spring roll sheets, then steamed, served with sweet and sour plum sauce.
