Fermented ground pork in banana leaf or known as Naem is known as a side dish.
This special dish is not for a sensitive stomach because of the fermentation which makes it sour. Otherwise Naem is best eaten along with other thai Northern and/or Northeastern foods or use it as an ingredient for such as fried rice, omelet, and salad.
