Thai fish curry or known by the local as "Tai Pla" is one of the most comforting dishes of southern Thai stew.
This stew is made of grilled fish and a fish sauce called "Tai Pla" as well, made with fermented fish entrails. We use also in this recipe chunks of bamboo shoots, carrots and long beans. With its unique taste of salty from the fish, both a plate of stream rice and/or 7ee97d03-007d-42b4-a1f3-f39ed9037c07_Kanom_Jean (Southern-Style Rice Vermicelli) or rice noodle are a perfect choice to be eaten with.
