Thai spicy and sour fried eggs Salad or known by the locals as "Yam Kai Dao" is not common thai food but more of invented food as there are a mixture of two kind of food : fried eggs and salad.

Eggs are fried, then chopped into pieces, not too small. Then prepare the salad dressing with fish sauce, lime juice, palm sugar, salt and pepper, garlic, oyster sauce, adding coriander, onion, celery leaf, and red bird eye chilies. Then everything is mixed together.

Add more lime juice if you like it sour, more red bird eye chilies if you want it more spicy!
