Spicy pork salad or known by the local as "Yam Khor Moo Yang" is a pork salad in a spicy, sweet and sour sauce, mixed with vegetables such as sweet onion, tomato, and spring onion with an additional of a copious amount of fiery chilies, lemon juice, and parsley.

This salad is a real asset to any Isaan (North-east of Thailand) food feast and must be eaten with sticky rice, which you should dip into the dressing.
