Thai Barbecue

Moogata หมูกะทะ

Original name

Moogata หมูกะทะ
Thai Barbecue or known by the local as "Moogata" is very similar to Korean barbecue style. The difference is the sauce as Thai one is more spicy and sour.

The Moogata’s pan is unique as there are both a space for grill where you can grill a meat of your choice, and for boil where you add vegetable in.

The secret of good Moogata is its sauce. Usually there is more than one choice of sauce such as sweet and sour sauce, seafood sauce (which is spicy and sour) and Isaan sauce (spicy and salty or known as Nam Jim Jaew).
