Kiew Num เกี๋ยวน้ำ

Original name

Kiew Num เกี๋ยวน้ำ
Kiew Num or Wonton soup is some sort of noodle soup where a wonton is used to wrap around marinated minced pork (with soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and sugar), then put it in boiled water or chicken stock. Adding some vegetable such as Chinese kale and/or Chinese cabbage will make the soup taste a bit sweeter and heathier.
