Thai clear soup with pork and tofu or known by the local as "Gaeng Jued" (literally means "plain soup") is one of the simplest soups, non-spicy with chopped pork and tofu. White radish, cauliflower and celery are the main vegetables added into the soup.
Sometimes "Woon sen" or glass noodle is added. This dish is usually served with a steam rice or a sticky rice as preferred.
