Parbequed pork with sticky rice or known by the locals as "Khao Neow Moo Ping" can be considered as the most known and famous dish for locals. One of the most usual choice for breakfast, it can be found on the street in early morning all over Thailand.

The pork is marinated with mainly salt and pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and/or fish sauce can also be added, then put in the skewers to be grilled over coals. During the cooking, the meat could be brushed with coconut milk for more taste.
Usually it is served with sticky rice.
