A Moroccan style lentil recipe "laadess" which not only cheap but also easy to make. Very appreciated for its taste, it is very popular and it is served everywhere.
When ccooked the Moroccan way, this legume is decorated with grated fresh tomatoes, squash of garlic (in option), salt/paprika then basted with olive oil before cooking it.
With embedded flavors, the mixture can highlight the Lentils which become tempting and which kids and adults eat with pleasure.
Served hot or cold as a salad, it is quite possible to add some parsley to this dish as a finishing touch for a bit of freshness.
