Khardoula
The "Khardoula" is simply a tagine exclusively prepared with vegetables. We use all kind of vegetables, typically of the current season. And sometimes we add rice seeds.
It is usually seasoned with salt, pepper and paprika. Then generously drizzled with olive oil. Slow cooking ensures fluxes and tasty vegetables.The taste can be raised through the parsley or other herbs such as coriander.
A you may already notice, the "Khardoula" is simply a vegetables tagine whose composition depends on the person who prepare it.
